Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds are not available for regular orders, as all products are crafted for hygiene and freshness.
