No Returns or Refunds: As our products are perishable and consumable (honey, gulkand, saffron, shilajit), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement promptly.
